We're looking for a hands-on **Salesforce Implementer** to join the company's **Business Applications team**. Solutions are already defined — this is a build-only role: you'll implement, configure, and automate business processes in Salesforce and supporting tools, and provide day-to-day operational support to users. You'll work as an individual contributor on a team of five implementers.
Requirements:
**What You'll Do**:
- Implement and configure already-defined solutions in Salesforce: objects, fields, layouts, profiles, permissions, and declarative automation (Flows, validation rules)
- Support users on day-to-day tasks, including data fixes and troubleshooting
- Collaborate with the in-house team on requirements that are already defined, keeping stakeholders informed on progress
- Ensure best practices in database management and data quality
