Specright is hiring a Salesforce Engineering Delivery Lead to build and lead our offshore Salesforce engineering organization. This is a player-coach role: you will manage a team of 6–10 Salesforce developers based in the Philippines, while staying hands-on in the platform yourself (roughly 50-60% of your time in code and architecture). Your team will span two workstreams that are critical to Specright's growth: implementation delivery on our Salesforce-native platform and ongoing managed services. You will report into the Sr. Manager of Technical Services and Integrations.
