Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, build, and deploy scalable applications using Salesforce platform technologies, including OmniStudio, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
- Leverage low-code/no-code capabilities within Salesforce (e.g., Flow, Process Builder, App Builder) to automate and streamline business processes.
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications.
- Work across Salesforce Service Cloud / PSS to enhance customer service operations, including case management, digital channels, and knowledge base setup.
- Design and implement API integrations with third-party systems and internal tools; manage authentication, data mapping, and performance optimization.
