Job Description

Main Tasks

DMS

  • Responsible for Dealer Management System, assist in the management, development, and maintenance of database and processes
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of dealer including Dealer due diligence, dealer agreentment, authorization letter, dealer performance, dealer evaluation, dealer report and so on.
  • Handle basic inquiries from distributors & business regarding the system process, providing efficient support/training and bug fix.

    • Salesforce:

  • Responsible for the continuous optimization of Salesforce,propose enhancements based on business needs and coordinate with project team for implementation
  • Conduct system training of Salesforce and CRM for the sales team and develop training materials and user guides.
  • Create a strong monitoring and tracking of sales transcations’quality and quantity
  • Track system issues or bugs, coordinate resources until fix.
