As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a key role in delivering successful Salesforce implementations and ongoing support for a major logistics company in France. RESPONSIBILITIES

Requirements Gathering:

Collect and analyse client needs: workshop planning, workshop facilitation, and reporting

Elicitation:Set up the foundation of a project by asking a lot of questions, gathering opinions, information, facts by interviewing stakeholders & departments

Process modelling

Complexity estimation, Macro-sizing / T-shirt sizing, functional feasibility, impact, and risks

Analyse and propose solutions while respecting solution standards
