Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled and proactive Salesforce Administrator with deep expertise in declarative automation and a genuine interest in AI-assisted tooling. You will own day-to-day Salesforce administration across our internal org and client environments, while taking the lead on complex Flow-based automation design, process optimization, and scalable configuration.
This is a night shift role aligned to US business hours. Candidates must be genuinely comfortable with a consistent night shift schedule and ideally have prior experience working in this format.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Administration
Manage user setup, roles, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules across Salesforce orgs
Configure and maintain page layouts, record types, custom objects, and fields
Handle sandbox management, deployment activities, and change sets
Monitor data quality and perform data imports/exports using Data Loader or similar tools
