Overview of the role:
The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and enhancement of symplr’s Salesforce platform. Collaborates on all aspects of user management including support cases, training, and designing solutions with user satisfaction being a priority.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee and input all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules
Configure the platform according to approved solutions, including but not limited to Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports
