Job Summary:

Alarm Detection Systems is seeking a Sales Training Specialist to support the onboarding and development of new sales representatives during their first six months of employment. This role is responsible for delivering structured training, providing field coaching, and ensuring new hires are equipped to successfully transition into a sales team.
