Sales Training & Enablement Lead
Location: Onsite (New York, Menlo Park, or San Francisco)
Duration: Initial 6-month contract (expected extensions/conversion)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hrs/week (Mon–Fri)
Target Start: May 2026

This role sits between Product, Sales, and Strategy, helping translate big company goals into clear training, communications, and tools for a global sales team (~3,000 people).
You’ll focus on sales enablement, internal communications, and change management—ensuring reps have the right guidance to work more effectively.
