Job Description:
Pension Bazaar is hiring a Team Lead – Inside Sales to manage and drive telesales team performance, ensure achievement of sales targets, and maintain operational efficiency. The role requires strong leadership skills and experience in managing high-performing sales teams.

Key Requirements
:Minimum 3 years of overall experience in sales, preferably in Inside Sales or Telesale
sAt least 2 years of experience in team handling and managing telesales agent
sB2C sales experience is mandator
yStrong experience in Inside Sales / Telesales operation
sGood understanding of key call center metrics such as attrition, shrinkage, productivity, and performance managemen
tAbility to motivate, coach, and guide the team to achieve daily and monthly sales target
sStrong communication, leadership, and people management skill
sAbility to monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvemen
