As the SAP Super Key User, this role aligns system functionality with business requirements and enhances user experience through training, documentation, process mapping, and Lean-based improvement programs.

How You Make an Impact

• Serve as SAP Super Key User across all sales-related modules.
• Align SAP workflows with business processes and manage system configuration enhancements.
• Collaborate with IT on testing, issue resolution, documentation, and integrations.

Process Mapping & Optimization

• Map and improve end-to-end sales processes (Q2C, MBP, onboarding, reporting).
• Identify inefficiencies, pain points, and automation opportunities.
