- Assist in preparing sales quotations and proposals.

- Processing of order entry and attending to customer’s requirements.

- Provide feedback on customers’ opportunity and after sales support.

- Attend and follow up on sales order enquiries.

- Supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operations of the sales process.

- Provide product information, pricing, and answer questions about products or services.

- Work closely and coordinate with other departments to achieve set targets.

- Provide Support in all sales and marketing activities.

- Build and enhance customer relationship with existing customers base.

- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales and customer service skills.

- Perform others related sales duties when required.
