Job Description
CUSTOMER SERVICES EXECUTIVE (FREIGHT FORWARDING) Job descriptions
- Support the sales and management teams in marketing and business development activities.
- Supporting the Sales team in pricing, preparing quotations.
- Obtain rates from overseas partners/vendors and prepare costing sheets and quotations.
- Generate business leads internally and secure new business and grow customer base, develop, and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
- Follow up on sales leads and prospects, targeting to acquire these leads as new customers.
- Compile Sales Reports for the Management
- Any other related duties assigned from time to time to meet the business needs.
- Min. 3 years' of relevant operational experience in International Air & Seafreight forwarding/logistic.
- Discipline, Result-oriented, Success driven and able to work under pressure
