KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Execute and collaborate to create long term sales plans for customers assigned, monitor and adapt sales activities in accordance with IFF objectives in our Madrid office.
  • Collaboration on development of customer presentations by suppling market intelligence as well as the development of creative slides
  • Project Coordinator with responsibility to manage: Setup in PUMA, review and follow up of projects: client or internal requierments/needs, submissions deadlines, update and clean up of projects. Request of samples for internal or external uses. Technical documentation management: Documents requests (MSDS, PDS, IFRA, Allergens, etc) via Clover upon customer or salesrep request. Keep track of reworks & updating comments when new IFRA or TOX regulations are implemented. Direct contact with Creative Centers Neuilly & Hilversum: PC, GRA, Shipping, etc.
