Introduction:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the bidding process from start to finish, including preparing commercial proposals, submitting quotations, and supporting contract negotiations to ensure the best interests of the company
  • Prepare, review, and maintain sales-related documentation, including quotations, bidding documents, contracts, and sales reports
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather information required for bid submissions and customer proposals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and professional support
  • Visit customers after successful bid awards to coordinate project implementation and ensure customer satisfaction
