- North area
- Provide administrative assistance to the operations team by managing calendars, organizing meetings, and maintaining documentation.
- Act as the main liaison for clients, addressing inquiries, processing orders, and delivering quality customer support.
- Support the creation of reports, presentations, and other necessary documents.
- Coordinate logistics for events, deliveries, and various operational tasks.
- Work closely with different departments to enhance workflow and operational efficiency.
- Handle additional duties and ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with confidence in engaging clients and team members at all levels.
