Job Description
The Integrated Sales Solutions (ISS) Director is accountable for establishing, scaling, and governing NOV's Integrated Sales Solutions organization as a strategic capability serving NOV Business Units across quotation, order management, sales data, reporting, and related commercial support activities. The Director will implement the operating model, lead cross-functional execution, and ensure ISS becomes a trusted, high-performing partner that improves sales effectiveness, customer experience, process quality, and business insight. The ISS organization will primarily interface with business unit sales organizations.
As the organization expands in scope, capability, and headcount, this role will own the execution of a multi-year vision, transformation roadmap, governance cadence, talent strategy, and performance management framework for ISS.
