Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support Key Account Managers and retail partners with sales administration and coordination
- Prepare product listings and retail submission documents
- Manage and check order processing (PO verification and delivery coordination)
- Monitor stock availability and work with logistics and marketing on replenishment
- Support promotions, pricing updates, and in-store activities
- Track sales and inventory performance (sell-in / sell-out)
- Ensure compliance with pricing and approval processes
- Support retail events, roadshows, and store execution
- Support timely sales program submission for KAM and credit note processing for channel customers.
- Minimum GCE A-Level
- 3 years of sales support experience in appliances, consumer electronics, or retail industry
