Sales Support Advisor

As part of the family‑owned, international KNF Group, KNF UK based in Witney, Oxfordshire is responsible for providing technical sales and outstanding customer service for our world‑leading range of diaphragm liquid and gas pumps throughout the UK and Ireland.

Working closely with our external sales team, the ideal candidate will provide customers with the highest level of customer service and support, assuring prompt and courteous attention to all enquiries, needs and requests. From the initial customer contact through to quoting, order entry and the shipping of goods.

Main Tasks
