We’re looking for a driven and hands‑on Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team and help achieve monthly revenue goals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching people, closing deals, and working with custom apparel and corporate merchandise.

You’ll be managing targets, supporting Sales Executives, and stepping in when it’s time to close big accounts.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and motivate a team of Sales Executives to hit monthly sales targets
• Track team performance and provide coaching and support
• Assist in negotiations and closing key or complex deals
• Ensure proper follow‑ups, quotations, and client coordination
