What You'll Do

As a Sales Supervisor at Rockwell Land, you will lead a team of Sales Executives, drive sales strategies, and ensure the achievement of sales targets for Rockwell’s premier properties. You will play a vital role in identifying opportunities in new and existing markets, mentoring your team, and collaborating with other departments to deliver exceptional results.

• Create and analyze market and industry metrics to formulate strategies and business direction.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in new and existing markets.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent.
