Responsibilities

• Oversee sales activities and performance in assigned regions.
• Implement sales strategies to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.
• Train and mentor sales teams to enhance productivity.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Analyze market trends and competitor strategies.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree Holder in Business Administration, Marketing and the like.
• Familiarity or exposure to the construction industry is required
• With supervisory experience at least 5 years in Roofing
• Preferably owns a motorcycle or a four-wheeled vehicle
