Our stores are not merely points for contract acquisition; they serve as the front line of customer engagement that provides cross-sectional access to Rakuten Group services including telecommunications, finance, and e-commerce playing a vital role in supporting the brand experience.
Within the Area Business Promotion Department, the Partner Shop Strategy Section is responsible for strategy design and execution, aimed at expanding sales channels and maximizing the performance of existing partners.
