Working time:Work in shifts  (08:00-21:00) 8 hours per shift including Saturday and Sunday. 1-2 days off per week. 

Job Description
- Lead the operations in store, including operating cost, manpower plan, area management, shelf organizing, product preparation, and performance development to ensure gross sales
- Monitor communication with buying and merchandising to ensure effective coordination
- Prepare and complete online store orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule. (load, pack, wrap, label, ship and deliver.)
- Receiving goods from Distribution Center.
