Job Description
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers to determine their needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about products, features, and benefits.
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing items, offering recommendations when needed.
- Handle transactions, including cash, card payments, and returns, using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Monitor stock levels and restock shelves as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or customer service experience (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
