Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head of Sales to develop and execute sales strategy to achieve growth targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, pipelines and performance updates in CRM
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Generate and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales
- In-depth knowledge of international shipping processes, customs clearance, and trade documentation
