Responsibilities

• Generate sales revenue
  • Identify prospective customers by using online platforms, following leads from existing clients, attending trade shows and conferences, and any other means.
  • Contact and visit new and existing customers to discuss their needs and to explain how specific products can meet these needs or to make technical product presentations, and to help customers select products based on the customers’ needs.
  • Respond immediately to customers’ questions about prices, availability, and product uses.
  • Negotiate prices and terms of sales.
  • Prepare sales quotations and submit orders for processing.
  • Receive requests by telephone, fax or email for price quotations, purchase orders, and changes or cancellations directly from customers.
  • Increase the value of current customers while developing new ones.
