Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Coaching Recruit, onboard and develop a high-performing Inbound SDR & Outbound BDR team Set clear expectations, goals and development plans focused on pipeline quality Review call recordings and email outreach β provide ongoing coaching on prospecting, discovery, qualification and objection handling Monitor team performance against KPIs (activities, meetings booked, SQLs, conversion rates, pipeline value)
