- Handle general admin and office support tasks, including document management, office supply ordering, reception/phone handling, and internal coordination.
- Support smooth office operations through administrative procedures and data management.
- Support the sales team with order processing, preparation of quotations/invoices, delivery schedule coordination, and sales data aggregation.
- Manage customer and project information, and handle inquiries to improve sales operation efficiency. [Tasks as Sales]
- Visit clients to understand their needs and check product in operation (New 60% / Existing 40%).
- Develop new clients by using own connections and network.
- Import products from Japan and sell them in Thailand through distributors.
- Manage and control distributors, and visit clients together with distributors.
