Responsibilities

• Build rapport with clients and guide them throughout the process
• Communicate to customers and address their needs through call, email, text, & chat
• Suggest products, ongoing sales, discounts, and promotions based on customer cues
• Assist customers in decision-making based on their needs
• Adhere to policies, procedures, and best practices, including loss prevention
• Performs other task as may be required or assigned.
• Assist in planning and developing sales strategies ensuring that it addresses the client needs, as well as meeting the business targets

Qualifications

• At least 2 years(s) of working experience as a customer service representative
• Excellent customer service and strong interpersonal skills
• Knows effective client sourcing strategies
