Job Description

• Develop and manage institutional sales accounts by executing sales strategies, meeting targets, negotiating orders, and monitoring KPIs and revenues.
• Coordinate with Marketing and store managers on promotional plans, campaigns, events, and sell‑in programs aligned with company goals.
• Monitor inventory forecasts, identify slow‑moving items, manage Accounts Receivables, and address sales or operational issues promptly.
• Build strong customer relationships through cold calling, resolving concerns, conducting needs analysis, and submitting reports on customer and competitor activity.
• Prepare and submit required documents, including activity plans, inventory forecasts, SWOT/feedback reports, post‑event reports, and expense reports.
