• Below 40 years old

• Preferably a college graduate

• Has at least 1–3 years of sales experience

• Professional Driver’s License (Restrictions A, A1, B, B1, B2)

• Working experience in sales, preferably in a related industry

• Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills

• Strong self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset that leads to a commitment to achieve sales quotas

• Results-driven and proactive attitude shown through a strong sense of resilience and ability to adapt to challenges
