Overview
The Sales Recruitment Associate (SRA) plays a critical role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding high-performing Loan Agents to support the organizationβs growth and sales objectives. This position oversees the full lifecycle of Loan Agent recruitment from sourcing and selection to onboarding and performance enablement. The SRA ensures that each Loan Agent is equipped with the necessary training, guidance, and tools to successfully engage potential clients and convert leads into sales. By aligning recruitment efforts with business targets, the SRA contributes directly to revenue generation and talent retention.
Responsibilities
- Recruitment of Loan Agent/s, assist, and pre-screening of accounts.
- Provide excellent customer service to both borrowers and loan agents.
- Monitoring of recruited Loan Agent/s (if with already endorsed accounts).
- Achieve and meet the quota set by management.
