Job Description:

• Identify new projects that the company can pursue and report them to management for follow-up and business approach initiatives.
• Conduct business approaches and lobbying activities with developers, contractors, applicators, and other project-related accounts within the assigned area.
• Coordinate with the Finance Department to ensure that all data and terms related to Project Sales are always up to date and aligned with the regulations established by the Project Sales Department.
• Prepare project proposals and negotiate project offers with all relevant parties (developers, contractors, applicators, and others) to achieve sales targets while ensuring that all terms comply with the rules and policies established by the Project Sales Department.
