Job Overview

– Permanent – Preston – upto £29k (DOE)


Forrest Recruitment are proud to be supporting a well-established and highly successful business based in Preston. With continued growth across the company, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Sales Order Administrator to join their friendly and supportive team.


Key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling and processing customer sales and supplier purchase orders

  • Coordinating deliveries and monitoring order progress

  • Communicating with customers, suppliers, and internal departments

  • Requesting and comparing supplier quotations

  • Updating internal systems with order and delivery information

  • Working closely with couriers and logistics providers

  • Chasing and obtaining proof of delivery documentation

  • Processing customer payments and checking stock levels/availability
