Job Description
The Sales Operations & Support Analyst role will support the Vertiv Asia business to drive efficiency improvements. By coordinating and undertaking the preparation and consolidation of Operations & Procurement analysis, forecasting and tracking reports + managing the item master database. Analysis and interpretation of results and preparation of various reports to support the teamsβ planning, control and performance management processes.
Key responsibilities
- Create reports & dashboards to monitor the status of Operations & Procurement KPIs
- Manage Item Master database for Asia Market Units in coordination with IT China to ensure timely and accurate part number generation (TC14 to Oracle Onida).
- Manage Item Master database for Vertiv Malaysia Plant (PD Cloud 2 to Oracle Onida).
- Support Finance, Product Management Group, Procurement, Operations, and Service teams in resolving Item set-up issues.
