Job Description

Our client produces various household electrical appliances (except the type of production of electric heating).

They're seeking a Sales Order Center - Domestic to join their growing team.

Description
  • Performing sales order operations upon business units (i.e. verifying customer PO, creating Sales orders, delivery orders, delivery appointments, invoicing).
  • Monitoring product availability, allocating sales, and releasing delivery orders following standard SCM.
  • Ensuring tasks are done timely.
  • Ensuring sales order processing comply with company guideline.
  • Managing an outstanding sales order to comply with company guidelines.
  • Coordinating with cross-functions & external parties e.g. Sales & Marketing, SCM, Logistics; 3PL WH, and customers.
  • Providing regular reports of Sales Order Operations e.g. Daily Sales Monitoring, Open Sales Order management.
  • Performing other assignments as requested.
