Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence. Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and team productivity. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and partners. Handle customer escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Work closely with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns and promotions.
