Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
- Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and team productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and partners.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with marketing and operations teams to support campaigns and promotions.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry.
