• Build an understanding of customers by leveraging industry insights to ensure focus on the customer and how we add value to their business.
• Ensure 40 customer visits every month, a minimum of 480 visit reports per annum.
• Ensure customers are made aware of Inchcape’s products and services.
• Develop meaningful connections with customers, aligning expectations and providing transparency across Inchcape’s organization.
• Grow the pipeline to twice the sales target and achieve a win rate of at least 25%.
