Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, or a related technical field. An MBA is a plus.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience in the power transmission and distribution industry (candidates with deeper experience are also welcome).

Technical background: able to read technical specifications, interpret single line diagrams and discuss product applications with utility engineers.

Customer knowledge: Familiarity with NGCP, MERALCO, or other Philippine power utilities is highly preferred.

Proven track record of winning projects or framework contracts in the utility sector.
