Sales Manager (POS Solutions)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and drive business growth in the POS solutions space. This role will be responsible for managing the sales team, developing go-to-market strategies, and expanding the merchant base across F&B and retail segments in Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and develop the local sales team to achieve business targets
Drive end-to-end sales activities including client acquisition, product demonstrations, proposal management, and deal closure
Build, optimize, and enforce structured sales processes, pipeline management, and KPI tracking
Identify and capture opportunities within the F&B and retail merchant segments
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including product, implementation, and regional teams to ensure smooth business rollout
