Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage a business plan to maximize sales and achieve business KPIs.
• Establish and ensure sales targets are met by all staff.
• Solicit and drive sales to maximize team objectives.
• Motivate, guide and coach sales staff.
• Jointly develop and plan marketing and sales campaigns.
• Leverage community relationships to maximize sales.
• Network with local business contacts.
• Cross‑sell other retail banking products such as ASB, PF‑i, credit cards.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
• Oversee code of ethics of ASM/SC PF of sales process and activities.
• Plan recruitment and retention of sales personnel.
• Coaching and mentoring sales personnel for peak performance.
• Anticipate customer needs to deliver quality service, customer experience and ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
