Sales Manager – Micro Mortgages (Direct Sourcing)

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in Mortgage / Affordable Housing / Direct Sourcing

Role Overview:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for direct sourcing of Micro Mortgage customers through market visits, builder/channel partnerships, and direct acquisition initiatives. The role requires strong market understanding and consistent achievement of mortgage acquisition targets.

Key Responsibilities:


Source Micro Mortgage customers through direct channels.
Build and manage relationships with builders, connectors, and local influencers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement targets.
Ensure adherence to credit and compliance guidelines.
Track leads, maintain MIS, and coordinate with credit and operations teams.
Drive market penetration in the affordable home loan segment.
