Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities (residential, commercial, and project based sales)
• Drive cross selling across product ranges
• Monitor sales pipeline and conversion rates, ensuring consistent followups

Marketing Planning & Execution

• Develop and implement an annual and quarterly marketing plan aligned with sales targets
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including:
  • Digital marketing
  • In store/showroom promotions
  • Events, exhibitions, and product launches
• Oversee creation and distribution of marketing collateral (brochures, catalogues, showroom displays)
• Ensure brand consistency across all channels in line with supplier brand guidelines
