Primary Responsibilities:
Collectively accountable for the overall delivery of Pakistan results and the role holder will be one of the main actors in planning for the project's channel development in the northern region of the country
Carry out his responsibilities in delivering the Sales Mission in line with corporate objectives and KPIs
Identifying, building and strengthening relationships with Architects, Interior designers, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) Consultants, Contractors and Real estate developers
Working with Authorized Distributors for product selection and competitive pricing and to navigate the negotiation process to ensure winning of the projects without compromising brand margin
Follow existing and upcoming residential, commercial, hospitality and healthcare projects in your territory
Persuading Architects and MEP Consultants to include our brand’s SKUs in their Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and their Approved Vendors List
