As an In-Home Sales Manager, you will take the lead in driving growth by building, coaching, and inspiring a team of motivated In-Home Sales Representatives. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys developing people, and knows how to push a team to perform at a high level.
