Job Description
This role serves as a hybrid Sales Manager supporting both the Atlas and STC (TEST) business units, with a primary focus on driving growth, improving sales coverage, and leveraging cross‑selling opportunities within a shared customer base. The position provides critical sales bandwidth by managing customer enquiries, developing the territory, and supporting replacement and expansion sales within STC’s large installed base—relieving current reliance on reactive service resources and direct involvement from the Sales Director. In parallel, the role supports Atlas by helping manage multiple regional representatives in Germany and providing additional capacity to meet growth targets and support the transition from indirect to direct sales models in select markets. Lead direct technical sales for STC (TEST) and Atlas products, including effective management of distributors and regional sales partners.
