In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and manages the overall Motion India business for Chennai Cluster including Sri Lanka. Responsible for overall business budget, division-wise sales target achievement, customer relationships, and team leadership across all MO divisions within the cluster. Directs team leaders and front-end sales personnel across divisions to ensure consistent delivery of business objectives and exceptional customer satisfaction.
