Job Description
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the Medical Sales Representative team to achieve sales targets and expand the companyβs market presence in the pharmaceutical industry. This role includes coaching and developing the team to ensure effective product promotion and strong engagement with healthcare professionals, while maintaining high standards of customer service. The Sales Manager will also oversee the resolution of customer issues by identifying problems, implementing solutions, and ensuring timely follow-up, as well as preparing reports and providing strategic recommendations to management.
